ChatGPTを用いて文献調査を行いました

前々回・前回の続編です。今回は、ChatGPTが作成した特許請求の範囲・実施形態に基づいて、文献調査をしてもらいました。１と３、２と４はアメリカと中国に出されているファミリー特許でしたので、実質的に２件の特許公報を抽出してくれました。自転車に雨傘を支持する機構のある特許文献を抽出してくれましたので、特許明細書の従来技術としては十分使用できると思います。サドルから雨傘が自動的に出る仕組みは新しい技術であるとの評価までもらい、大変気分が良くなりました。

今回、私が勝手に思いついたアイデアをChatGPTのフリー版で試してみましたが、情報漏洩のリスクの観点から有料版のChatGPTを導入し、有料版のChatGPTを上手にカスタマイズすれば、特許明細書作成がスムーズになると思います。ただ、最終的には弁理士の判断が介入しないと特許出願するレベルにまで到達できないので、便利なツールとして活用するがベストです。
